The process of sorting the good from the bad is a characteristic dominant, especially within perishable commodities sellers. This exercise is often repeated daily throughout the life-span or shelves life of the products in order to keep the fresh ones fresher and avoid contamination by the others that have gone bad. This activity plays consistently on my mind whenever I came across the sight and I decided to preserve the memory in painting.
