Zinno’s painting shows two giant like trees dominating a piece of land. It is an impressionist depiction of nature with its unique endowment, especially in the tropics. The artist explores another twin-trees with a reddish earth on the foreground – a point of departure from his previous painting “Rural Peace” with a human element attached to it. In this painting, there are not houses and any evidence of human habitation. In a subtle play of high tones, low tones and shadows, the artist reveals that even the natural vegetation has a soul and its own character.
