Ogaga Tuodeinye was born on the 7th of November 1970 in Apapa Lagos State. He is an indigene of Sagbama in the Southern State of Bayelsa. His early education was at the Awodi-Ota primary School Lagos (1976 – 1982) and Awodi-Ota High School Lagos (1983 – 1987).

The ambience of the environment exudes power, strength and royalty with the artist’s exuberant use of purple, blue and what can be metaphorically interpreted as scarlet adornment. The Emir’s multi coloured umbrella can be seen emerging from the background as they entourage heads in pomp and pageantry toward the place of glorification.
