This is impressionist depiction of the equestrian sport of polo.  Two players with mallets on horsebacks collide in tango as the contest for the ball in a chucker.  Polo sport originated from ancient Persia and has made inroads to many countries and is predominantly a favourite sport in the Middle East and South America. The sport attracts an appreciable degree of the elite clout with pedigree.  In Nigeria, polo is favoured in the north and is played by the elite who can afford prime studs.
