Damilola is a visual artist working in the field of documentary photography and other disciplines of storytelling including documentary filmmaking. His work is based on social issues and human interest stories. He chose to express to express his art through documentary because human stories are relatable and genuine, and he claims the more he gets involved in his work, the more he learns about himself. He believes that just like no two people have the same fingerprint, no two people have the same story.  When he is not travelling or photographing people, he is reading, learning something new or starting a conversation with a stranger. He has worked on projects with notable organizations including UNICEF Nigeria and the MTN Foundation.
