This is actually Salford Quays. I went there specifically to snap the Quay but the weather thought otherwise. The rain was relentless and disappointed I just stared into the distance from my hotel room and watched the tram pass periodically like clockwork and then out of nowhere, I could see the beauty and the organization of the sleepy little town. I set up my camera from my hotel window and took this shot. Packed my bags and headed for the US the next day. I might not have gotten the picture I wanted but this was the picture I needed.
