Ogaga Tuodeinye was born on the 7th of November 1970 in Apapa Lagos State. He is an indigene of Sagbama in the Southern State of Bayelsa. His early education was at the Awodi-Ora primary School Lagos (1976 – 1982) and Awodi-Ora High School Lagos (1983 – 1987).

Ogaga gained admission into the famous Yaba College of Technology Lagos in 1993 and later on received his Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in 1994 and the Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1998, both in painting.

He worked briefly at Craft Heritage Lagos as a painter/Illustrator between 1989 and 1990.  He currently consults for both the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Action Health Incorporated (AHI), positions he took in 2002.  Ogaga is also a member of Index.

Ogaga is credited with numerous solo and group exhibitions.  Some of his solo shows includes “Ageless Beauty” at the Terra Kulture Victoria Island in 2008; “Thoughts Defined” at the Gallery San Marco Italy in 2011.  His group exhibitions are as listed: “Galaxy of Nigerian Artists”, at the Aaragon Gallery Lagos (1992); “Awareness” at the Artwork Gallery Surulere (1995); Heritage, French Cultural Centre Ikoyi (1999); “Index”: A Maiden Exhibition at the Nimbus Art Centre Ikoyi (2003); October Rain, National Museum Onikan (2008); Beyond The Obvious at Terra Kulture Victoria Island (2009); Insignia II at the Flowerstalk Ikoyi (2009) and “Generational Statement” at the Thought Pyramid Abuja (2010).

His works are in prestigious private and corporate collections like the Chief Rasheed Gbadamosi Collection, Sam Olagbaju Collection, Adedotun Sulaiman (Arian Capital) Collection, Exxon Mobil, Mrs Avondu Maria Collection (Italy) and so many others.
